    Not sure...

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I wanted to really like this chair, it is lightweight, packable and comfortable. I just don't really like the fact that you have to use your legs to hold it up. I found myself actually sitting on a bench instead of setting it up a few times because I didn't want to mess with using my legs to prop myself up. Good idea but not for me.

    Concert chair!

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I used this chair at a Snowboarding Movie premier and it was great! The set up is fairly simple with only two poles to connect together. It packs down really small and could fit in my 16L backpack. This chair would also be great for backpacking because of the size and simplicity.

    Good and bad

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Took this on a four night trip to steens mountain. It was ok. It takes some effort, a small amount, to stay seated. The legs sink in to soft ground causing some chance of toppling sideways. If I had to do it over again I'd maybe go slightly heavier for four legs. It's comfy enough, but it's also precarious.

    Super Light Backpacking Chair

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This Chair was awesome don't really need an even surface, was perhaps the best thing about it. Just got to be careful getting up and in just because it only has two points of contact with the ground. Lightweight and wayyyyyyy better than sitting on the ground or a rock worth getting and putting it in your bag!

    Super Light Backpacking Chair

    This chair was not comfy

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Didn't like the design of the chair and it wasn't as comfy as I was expecting. I prefer the Helinox chairs over this. It was sturdy and lightweight but they way the chair sits is not as good as the Helinox chairs

    Perfect backpacking chair!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This chair doesn't kick ass, instead it cradles ass! It's comfortable, lightweight, and something that will always be found in my pack no matter where I'm going.

    Great Chair for the backpacker

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Super minimalist chair. I took one of these our for a demo during a camping trip and it does the trick. Keep in mind it does only have two legs and your legs act as the other two. It can be semi difficult to get in and out of and dont be surprised if you tip over once or twice. For the car camper like myself, the 4 legged version might be a better option but for someone looking to save room and weight, this is your chair.

    Blown Away

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I was not exactly sure if I'd like the 2 legged chair thing, especially after a long hike with a heavy pack, but I was completely blown away with how well this chair worked. There is a bit of balancing act getting in and out of this chair but after sitting for a few minutes you completely forget you're not in a 4 legged chair! And at just barely over 1lb, this thing is unbelievably light!

    Uneven Festival Venues!

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

I originally was curious about having a two leg chair design; but it has been so amazing! I purchased this for a summer music festival and found it outperforming my friends four legged chairs on uneven ground! Not to mention it packs down extremely small and fits in my shoulder bag. While everyone is trying to find a flat spot for their normal chairs I was up and running, and able to rock back and forth. Thanks Alite, great product!!!!

    Game Changer!

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I purchased this chair for backpacking and it has been the best decision that I have ever made! There is nothing like sitting down in this chair after a long day of hiking. The chair is super light and also very comfortable. I have had my chair for almost 3 years and I have had no problems with it.
