Not as bomber as NRS
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
- Fit:
- True to size
For the quality these should be much less expensive than NRS straps. The fabric seems strong, but the cam buckle has a tiny metal piece holding the spring in place. I had one snap that was holding my sun sails in a strong windstorm. I'll definitely take them off of the critical points in my raft rig now. Bummer, because I loved the color!

Greys in a Sea of Blue

We have a small mountain of NRS straps and decided to try out the aire since we have that brand of boat. They work just as well, as far as we can tell after a season. Harder to steal since they are not as ubiquitous.

Keeping Sh*t Tight
Cam straps are a must for a lot of different things. These agree are as good as any and the price is right

Not Your NRS cam Strap...
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
I really do love these. I'm an Aire Head through and through. The NRS ones are a little more sturdy. If you love Aire, and you play in the H2O, then snag these as a back up, or to add to the ever growing straps you steel from all your river friends. *side note, sharpie not included. Make sure you make them with your name.*

Nice Straps
Not much to say other than they work well and last a long time without dry rotting.

Good but not great fit for surfboards
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I got the 10' feet straps and even though they look really good I found out the hard way that I needed special straps for surfboards. Because the attaching piece is not padded I have to figure out way to avoid the metal from making dents to my surfboards. A better choice would be http://www.backcountry.com/dakine-tie-down-strap-20. Just in case someone is thinking about these straps for that purpose :(.

Solid Straps
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I like the way these hold up on the raft, super durable. Also, I was tired of losing straps because everyone has the "blue" ones. It's nice being able to lend these out and sort them quickly when we've got lots of boats on a trip.

Great strap, great price.
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
So I bought a pack of these straps to use as tie downs for a recent overland trip through Death Valley. The polypropylene webbing is a lot more abrasion resistant than nylon, so these straps held up very well. I trusted these with my gas cans and was not disappointed. 250+ miles of off-road without even flinching (working loose). Impressive. Honestly not sure how these work rafting, but gear doesn't have to only be used for it stated purpose. They worked very well for me. I'll probably use them to lash down my boat next season.

Got these to replace my old straps to tie down my kayak. Made very well, strong. Looks like they will last a long time.

Another strap
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
They're another strap. Got them on sale, so they were the cheapest option at the time. Good quality, and exactly as expected. We're using them right now for a clean up project pulling sleds. We use the straps to hold our sleds to our packs on the way down the trail, and to secure our load while we pull. After rubbing on hundreds of rusty metal spikes and barbed wire, they're showing little to no wear.

Great Straps
You can never have enough straps! These are awesome, clearly labeled so its easy to find the length you need among the rest of your straps.
