Great for Bike Packing - Size Issue
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
- Size Bought:
- M
I learned about the Rab Nexus Pull-On Fleece from a friend on a bike packing adventure across France. It was September and the temps changed a lot. The Rab Nexus was awesome for warmth, but not too warm. It also feels very light, a big plus. I liked it so much I bought one of my own, size medium in denim blue and it fit perfectly. I that one so much I bought another, also medium but in steel grey and it fit as tight as a sausage casing. I returned it to BackCounty for a replacement also in size medium. This one is better but still snug. My takeaway is Rab's sizing is inconsistent. Styling and comfort I give 5 stars, size consistency only 2 stars. At 5'9" and 146 lbs there is no way I should need to get a large (which I would likely swim in).
