Bad Liners

I loved these boots out of the box. They fit really snuggly without any pressure points despite being a low volume shell. However, the liner has become really packed out after only 20 days of skiing. When I first started using the boots, I barely had to buckle them. I was on the outermost notch. However, I've had to gradually move to tighter notches and finally had to move the buckle to the second hole. And now I'm on the 2nd notch in. As a result, the shell is deforming and causing pain on top of my forefoot.

Wet toes, comfortable on, but painful putting on
The boots are fine overall and pretty comfortable, just a few complaints. By the end of the day, my toes are almost always a little bit wet. I have no idea where the snow is getting in from. It’s a shame to spend so much on boots that can’t even keep snow out. Also, these boots frequently give me boot bite on the top of my feet when getting them on and off. Maybe it’s the way the hard plastic is shaped along the tongue. I have never had this issue with other ski boots in the past. The strap could also be improved. It conflicts with the hard plastic that holds the top buckles and won’t always sit flat. It would be nice if the strap could slide behind the lip of plastic or always stay put on top of it. It’s right on the edge.

Confidence!
I bought these boots for this season and hope to use them for many years. The snug fit keeps me firmly connected, but in comfort all day. Confidence is inspired by these boots to ski my best.

I have used this boots for three hours and the fit seems good except that they are too tight in the width at the ball of my foot. Can that be adjusted?

What is the difference between a Speedmachine 120 from 21/22, compared to the same boot in 20/21? I found a new boot in my size at Christy Sports here in Denver from 20/21. The fit is very good. Thanks, Patrick l

The instructions that came with my boots depict a flex adjustment that doesn’t exist on these boots. It does NOT say to remove a screw and install a plug. The video on this site also shows an adjustment that doesn’t appear to exist. How do I adjust flex?
