Falls apart almost immediately!

Long time Travis Mathew customer, been since the early days. I was so excited to finally get one of these quarter zips but after one wash it looks terrible, I followed the care instructions exactly too!! The collar has completely disintegrated and it is pilling all over and looks terrible. I can't wear this to the office anymore, which is one of the main reasons why I purchased it. Sad.
