Awesome seat!
So glad we bought this seat. It worked really well for our toddler. He can still fit in it, and he's 5 (but he rides his own bike now). He never complained and we felt he was really secure in it. Easy to take on and off the bike with the quick-release bracket.

Be mindful doesn't fit all bikes
I bought this seat a couple of weeks ago after long researches. We chose that model mostly because of the quick-release bracket that should allow to install and take out the seat really quickly (as we would need to do that often). We also decided to trust Thule to provide an exceptional product and paid more compare to other brands. Unfortunately it doesn't fit on my bike although it meets the requirements indicated on the product details. Looks like my saddle is too low and doesn't allow enough room for the shafts to go in and out the bracket. The client service and fitting team wasn't of any help, they admitted that even the adapter for low saddle they sell wouldn't solve the problem. It's really frustrating to have paid such an amount of money for a product that doesn't do what is announced. I carefully read the requirements before buying. Now I have an expensive product at home that I can't really use for my purposes. And the way Thule managed the situation is so disappointing. My trust towards this brand is lost. If you choose to buy this product, be mindful it might not work on your bike.

Dual beam suspension is phenomenal.
I bought this a few weeks ago. My daughter loves it. The harness straps are really secure. The city paths in Aracaju, Brazil have a few rough patches the suspension really smooths them out.

Sucks
Sucks so far. The seat delivered within 2 wks after I ordered it then when I installed the seat on my bike it didn't fit. So I had to order the low ride adapter bc the baby seat was to low on my bike tire and have yet to receive the low rid adapter..... so I would love to give a review but unfortunately i cant until the adapter comes in.... very upset
