Why We Like The North Face Summit Papsura FUTURELIGHT Jacket
The North Face Summit Papsura FUTURELIGHT Jacket gives us a high-tech solution for lightweight weather protection. FUTURELIGHT is one of the few waterproof membranes that's also air permeable, aerating our body when we're hiking hard to keep us cooler under this 3-layer shell. We also like the Papsura's cut, which provides plenty of coverage while incorporating underarm gussets for freedom of movement and no shoulder seams to make it more comfortable underneath our backpack. Weighing just 8 ounces, the Papsura packs down small and conveniently stows inside its right-hand pocket. As part of The North Face's Summit Series, this jacket is made to be one of the strongest and lightest shells around for serious outdoor athletes.

I buy this every year
My son loves this jacket. It is simple and warm, what else does a teenage boy want.

Can't wait for the rain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Haven't used it in the wild yet, but you can tell its very much water proof and packable, hope its breathable! I did order the large and swapped it for a medium, and the medium's a perfect fit. I'm 5'10"

Light Packable Waterproof
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore this jacket on my trip to the new england which included a 3 hour bike ride in torrential rain. Kept me dry and comfortable so that when we stopped for espresso and pastries, I was the only one not dripping on the table.
