An affordable initial brush for use with softer waxes.

The Swix White Nylon Coarse Brush is an affordable all-purpose brush for soft and medium waxes. Use it as your only brush for recreational skiing, or as an initial brush for high-level racing. Swix brushes are designed for brushing wax out of the structures (base patterns) in ski bases and snowboards after you have used the acrylic scraper [SWI0022] to remove the bulk of applied wax. The brush should be used in one direction only: from tip to tail.

    • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

This brush was a major upgrade to my tune kit, much more effective then the brillo pads of old.

    It's a great structure Brush

    • Familiarity: I've used it several times

This is an big up grade from the brush that came with my wax/Iron kit. Swift is known for their quality products and the While Nylon Brush is just that.

    Great final brush

This brush is meant to be used as the final brush in the waxing process. It does a great job of finishing up the prep process. It really helps remove excess wax. Swix makes some of the best tuning products on the market. This was a great addition to the tuning box. The only reason this didn't get a 5 is because this brush is about half the size of their other, normal brushes. Which means it packs really well for travel, but it means you it covers half as much base on the ski when you are brushing. It definitely does the job, and well, you just have to work twice as hard.
