LOVE this tee! the fabric is super soft and comfortable for all day wear. I've been looking for a striped tee for a long time, but never found anything I liked until this one. I am 6'1" and 180 lbs and went with a large. I think it fits great, a bit baggier and not quite as trim as the model photos on the page. If you want a slimmer fit I would choose a smaller size, but if you prefer a slightly baggier look I would choose a larger size. Regardless, the fit feels great!
