Decent for my purpose`
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Actually using it as a HAM radio table for mobile operations. Has done well so far, but I can see where a lot of the complaints come from. As it stands, I got a functional item, and it's decently steady while still being lightweight. Doesn't bow or bend under a relatively heavy load of radio equipment, and I hope it lasts, cause it packs up nicely.

good value very useful
- Familiarity:

I got this to try out while car camping last month and was very impressed with it. Ended up gifting it to friends i was camping with as they found it to be useful as well. upon returning from the trip i immediately purchased another one! also i feel that it is lite weight enough that it could be easily hiked with for more remote excursions.

Compact and sturdy
- Familiarity:

This table packs up small and unfolds easily and large enough to hold my camp stove and a couple of plates. The bag is large enough to easily pack everything away without having to stuff it in there perfectly. I would have liked the height to be a little bit taller, but then it might lose some stability and compactness when packed, so it's a fair trade off.

Best of the Tables on Backcountry
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
I have assembled and disassembled most of the large tables on Backcountry twice now - this one, the Stoic Dirtbag Dining Table, the Alps Camp Table and the Alps Park Table (most similar). This one is the sturdiest and easiest to put together, and the one I will be keeping. The legs are not aluminum but a sturdier metal and will hold more weight. It's heavier than the Alps Park Table but well worth it. Other people have said that the folding mechanism on the sides of the slats breaks easily - so jury's still out, but so far I much prefer this system to the elastic every other table has that makes it hard to pick the table up in one piece, noisy, and shifts (and will eventually lose stretch). This one also assembles easily, won't scratch itself to death in the bag like the larger Dirtbag, isn't noisy/rattly (sensory-wise pleasant). The only con for me is that you can't sit under it; the main use is to cook on top of. I think it will hold plenty of weight. It also folds small for its size. The bag is large enough to get the table in easily. One nice design detail that Stoic improved over the Alps table (beyond the leg brace problem Alps has) is that one side of the slats fits into a hole, which takes precision. On the Alps both sides have this. On the Stoic once you do one side you can just clip on the other side, which makes it easier and less looking underneath the table. Pros: Most things Cons: Can't sit underneath it. Limited use case! Worried it will break according to other reviews. Redesign: Make more versions of this table like this - esp one that you can sit under.

Awesome little table
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
Like other reviewers i had the ends pop out. It takes a while but i just pop them back in. I like the unit so I make it work. If the ends didnt pop out it would be amazing!

Great at first, but doesn't last
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer
This was the perfect table for road trips - is light, packs up small, easy to carry around, and quick to assemble. Unfortunately, like a few others have mentioned, the panels got loose and eventually fell off. I was able to unscrew all of them and spend lots of time to put it back together so it's working again (for now). How long term is this solution? Who knows. If it didn't come apart so easily, this would easily be a 5-star product.

Get a different table
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
Agree with one of the previous reviewers that we're disappointed with this table. Packs small and easy to assemble, but then noticed that the panels were coming loose after just a couple times car camping, no rough use. Tried to push the caps back into the panels with no luck. Since then we have been using it very gingerly and sparingly, which kind of defeats the purpose.

COuld not be assembled
One of the cross bars was too long and could not assemble the table. Had to return it.
