Ms
Used the bag only a few times to pack a few pieces of clothing for a cycling trip and the seam ripped open as it is basically only held together with a piece of waterproof tape. I own many waterproof bags of various brands as I am a kayaker and have never had a problem with any other brand. Seal Line refused to honour the warranty as I did not save the receipt which seems unreasonable given that you can clearly see that the bag has not been abused. I will not be purchasing any more Seal Line products.

Kept my clothes dry
I used this bag to keep my clothes dry I slept in on a backpacking trip. Never had a problem with damp, or wet cloths in rainy and freezing conditions. Very useful bag. Great buy.

My intentions for this bag
My intentions for this bag was to be used as a bear sack. Overall its held up pretty good for doing its objective, although I scraped it against a rock and now it has some small scuffs and scratches that no longer makes it water proof.

durability issues
bought two of these, one of them ripped at the seam between the body of the bag and the roll top on its second use. Fairly poor durability considering I was just packing it with clothes at the time.

Issues with quality
I purchased a 20L Blockerlite bag in advance of the 2022 summer backpacking season. On only my second trip, after only four days of total use, the seam separated at the top of the bag near the opening. The saving grace was that the hole was absorbed in the fold when the bag was closed so the bag was still useful (which was helpful since I still had five days left in that backcountry trip). After that trip the bag was replaced under warranty (although return shipping was at my expense) and the replacement has held up so far without issue, which is why I’ll rate at four stars. I’m hopeful my initial issues were a one off and not indicative of broader quality assurance problems.

Okay - lightweight but tore
Wanted to love but I was a bit disappointed in this sack, I bought two and both tore in its first 4 days of use. One near top and another at the bottom. The light and thin fabric wasn't as resilient as I was expecting

Thin material, hope it lasts
- Familiarity:
- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
- Size Bought:
- 20L

Material is thin and light. I intend to use it for multi day sea kayak paddles, hope the bag is durable and can take the repeated use.

Always have a dry bag
Use this when paddle boarding all the time. Always have a dry bag or two around.

YES
In the PNW it pays to have all your stuff packed away in waterproof bags because who knows how much rain you could encounter. I now have multiple BlockerLite in the 10 and 15L size. I find those sizes perfect for organizing clothing, food, and other necessities in your backpacking bag. They basically weigh nothing, so I pack all my gear in these and have peace of mind. Another excellent product from CDI.
