Reliable low drop shoe with surprising soft feel
I've worn Kinvara's since version 9. I love the simplicity of the shoe and these are just a good if not lighter than previous versions. I plan on getting 400 miles out of my shoes, but I got 500 miles out of the 14s and probably could have worn them longer. I have another exact pair and already have close to 200 miles on those.

Good daily training shoe for temp runs/speed runs
A very lightweight shoe that comes in a wide array of colours and sizes. Not a lot of stability in the shoe itself which makes it not a good choice for people who over pronate while running. Also not a ton of protector around the ball/heel or soul of the foot compared to other models. Great for up tempo or speed work for 6 mile distances or less.

Kinvara 13
The minimalist design of these shoes works for my running perfectly. I went from a heal striker to more mid-foot striker some years ago. Shoes with material felt almost like obstacles. I kept 2 pairs of these in rotation. Average running at about 120 km/month, these shoes held up well. The light weight uppers do degrade faster than other shoes I have owned, but by then I was moving on to new shoes. They are not good on icy conditions.

Light, form fitting and fast. I have 200 km’s so far and they’re holding up great

Light, fast and snappy
My favourite trainer ever. I wore three pairs of the 13 over four training seasons after two pairs of the 12s. Haven’t tried the 14s yet but if they’re anything like the 13s this is the perfect go-to trainer.

Great shoe
Great shoes, I prefer more of a drop but these are just perfect for casual and workout

Kinvaras remain a great shoe
I used to run in Kinvaras exclusively - then I switched into the Endorphin series (which I love). After my last marathon in Endorphin Elite’s I craved the lower profile, simple setup of the Kinvara. So now I do most of my weekly runs in the Kinvara and use the Endorphin’s for speedwork. The Kinvara remains a really great, well-fitting, shoe. It always feels comfortable and fast.

Long distance runner
Very light, very stable. I find the 4mm drop perfect for running on the road. Reading other comments I was worried about the width but they fit just like my other Sauconys.
