Great for shoulder season

I live in Upstate NY. I love putting it over leggings for hiking and everyday errands in the early winter and spring. I've even worn it under Burton Bibs for hiking to keep my bum and belly warm. It's a game changer skirt. You won't regret it.

Every woman needs a puffy skirt

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't sold on the idea for a puffy skirt, but I'm a believer now. It comes in hand in so many instances. I use it as an extra layer over my bibs for cold days at my local ski resort- keeps my core a bit warmer sitting on chilly lifts. I love it as a layer when ski touring, especially since it has full side zips for easy venting. And I can wear it around town over tights/leggings. It's versatile. I'm 5'4, somewhere around the 118 pounds weight and bought an x-small. Fits well! Would definitely order another or gift one to a friend.

So well made

Very well made. Waistband comfortable. The up and down zipper is brilliant-I unzip a bit from the bottom when hiking to have more freedom of movement. Like the flattering lines-it looks very cute on. Zip pocket is handy.

Saved my buns

Wore this during a snowy trip in March. Snow still everywhere & very windy in Colorado. Kept my buns warm & my lower half didn't overheat. Please make this in Navy & Fuchsia.

I have a down skirt problem, and this one is my favorite!

I have a few down skirts made by different manufacturers, and this one is my favorite. What sets it apart is the combination of superior warmth, light weight, the stretchy waistband, and the full zip. The outer fabric seems more durable than my other down skirts. I'm 5'7", 130#, 29# waist and bigger hips, and the small fits but if I were any bigger I'd want a medium.
