Lovely launching peel
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my new peel. It's a complete game changer on the launching front. Bit of semolina and the thinnest of tortillas slides off it, never mind pizzas. My only gripe is, it can easily burn, or at least my first one did, so you need to not touch the stone more than necessary. Still an amazing item though.

Great looking product.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The peel looks great. It is however, too thick, and too heavy for me to use effectively. My first peel developed a crack along one of the glue lines. Ooni took care of replacing it straight away. I definitely prefer aluminum peels for stretching and launching and moving the dough.

The wooden peel is a great tool for making our pies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ooni bamboo peel is made well, the shape makes it easy to use and very sturdy. We use it to make our pizza on it before we put it in the oven. It’s the perfect size for making our pies.
