Shoes don’t fit

No communication, I am trying to return the boots and get a larger pair, but they don’t answer my emails

Excellent Boots

I've been breaking these in for the last two weeks and they are very impressive my feet stay warm and dry and the boots still look like new even after the stress I've put them through. Definitely worth the money A+ Muck Boots Well Done!

No more wet socks in work boots

Ive worn these every day for the past 2 weeks. No breakin needed. My feet are comfortable and dry, in wet grass, mud and rain. It hasnt been colder than 30, yet, but my feet dont sweat when Im indoors either. Soles do track dirt/mud inside. The wide width is adequate for me, and Im a 3 E, but I cant wear thick socks, but then again, I dont need my cold weather socks. Comfortable on concrete and wood floors, for all day wear, and they clean off readily with a hose, or boot brush. Ok for shallow puddles, ie halfway up the laces. Good traction in our first wet snowfall. Im very pleased with them All my other workboots leak around the top of the sole, enough to give me wet socks in an hour, or they are too hot for normal cold weather wear, ie temps over 25 degrees. These boots fill that gap. These boots keep me nice and dry, in cold, but not frigid weather. I will keep wearing them as it gets colder, and then switch to my frigid weather boots. Only downside is the arch clearance. I have a high instep, so I need to pull them on, and fully loosen laces, every time I put on and take off. I use a boot jack to remove them. They are not easy on or off. Anticipating that, I also bought the slip on, no lace , version. All the same positive features, but easy on and off too. Slightly less puddle depth capable, maybe 1/2: inch, and they work up and down a little with each step, but not enough to be uncomfortable , or cause hot spots or blisters. Those are the boots for days Im putting boots on and off many times, or to get the mail, shovel snow on back steps, etc. Im very pleased with my new Muck Boots, as are my feet.
