Mummified magic

Very warm bag, a little tight around the shoulders, bit i would bet that is intentional to keep heat in. Very light and stuffable this bag will work for most of my backpacking trips.

It's a bag filled with fake feathers

This is my 2nd lamina bag, and I love them. Switched from a UL down bag to this. It's only slightly heavier, and packs a bit bigger. But I can use it for my work guiding and not be as afraid of it wetting out over the course of a long trip.

Nice bag, zipper could be smoother

Nice sleeping bag for temperatures above 30f. My only complaint so far is that the zipper is not smooth and sometimes quite stubborn. I will see if this improves in the future.

Excellent backpacking or car camping bag

Ordered x2 of these bags after doing quite a bit of research. We wanted synthetic bags for some summer coastal hiking as well as car camping. Our current bags are close to 20 years old. The bag compresses down quite small, is quite light, and had all the features we were looking for. I wanted to save a little weight for backpacking so I ordered the men’s bag instead of the women's and also purchased a bag for my husband. I like that we could zip them together if we want to as well (you just need to order the clippers on the correct sides to do this). Great for hiking/camping where condition are more wet. It is great the bag comes with 2 sacks (storage and compression). I know there are hydrophobic down options but synthetic is still less to worry about and much better in price. In all, we are very happy with our purchase.

Light, Small, Soft & Functional

Getting our permits for the West Coast Trail this year was our first hurdle, and finding well functioning, lightweight gear for our trek was the next! Sleeping bags were one of the items that we agonized over the most, trying to find the perfect balance between comfort/warmth and weight/pack size. After sifting through Facebook groups, forums, blog posts, etc. we recognized that Mountain Hardwear was a top recommendation and we bit the bullet and ordered one for each of us. We LOVE our bags! Not only were they warm, but the Lamina interior fabric is SOOO soft. They are great quality, we love the fact that you can zip up from the bottom to stick a leg out, and as a bonus, we loved the colors (navy for the mens and a lavender purple for the womens). I don't think we will have to replace these for a while, but when we do, I definitely won't have to look any further than this company. (Also, I had issues checking out - user error - and their support is above and beyond!)
