Locked and loaded.

Step up your bike protection wgame ith the Kryptonite KryptoLok Series 2 915 Integrated Chain Lock. As tough as it looks, this lock's chain links are made of hardened Manganese steel for maximum strength against attacks, while the water-resistant, protective nylon cover with hook-and-loop fasteners keep the chains underwraps for protection against scratches to your frame and deflects rain. The hardened deadbolt locking system enhances the lock's overall holding power, which is secured by the patent-pending End-Link design to eliminate critically vulnerable spots. Drills and picks are useless against the reinforced, high-security disc-style cylinder.

Kryptonite KryptoLok Series 2 915

  • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

I use this lock exclusively to lock up bikes to my bike rack when stopping for a bite after rides. The length is great and the cloth enclosed chain protects your bikes finish and eliminates any snags. Locking mechanism for the most part is smooth as long as you are able to place the last link entirely into the locking mechanism.

  • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Beefy heavy lock that I use when parked and have no other option but to keep the bike on my rack. Only big enough to lock one bike to the rack and frame. I would not drive with the lock on your carbon bike as it is very heavy. So far so good as I still have my bike.
