Velcro is a Problem
- Familiarity:

My daughter liked the style and color of this jacket. However, the sleeves were too short for her. The main issue is there is a piece of velcro at the top of the collar that catches her hair every single time. Its very annoying. Its purpose is to catch and hold the piece of fabric at the top of the collar. But often is not cold enough (or often time before/after skiing) its not cold enough to have the jacket zipped all the way up and so this piece of velcro is exposed on the outsider of the jacket. It catches her hair and creates lots of "ouch". It became a real problem and for that reason its not a jacket she will want to war long term.
