Why We Like The Adidas Terrex Free Hiking 2 Hiking Shoe

For that free feeling on the trail, we like the lightweight and comfortable Adidas Terrex Free Hiking 2. The soft, PRIMEKNIT collars have a sweet sock-lite fit around our ankles with the EVA support and BOOST midsoles spoiling our feet with plush cushioning for hiking trails, gravel, and forest service roads. On top of all that comfort, Adidas has scored some environmental points by crafting the shoe's uppers out of recycled polyester and Parley Ocean Plastic that removes plastic pollution from our oceans.

Very secure feel

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very comfortable. A little difficult to put on at first, but I think they'll be great for trail walking. I'm just used to shoes that slide on and off easily. Once these are on they feel very secure.

Ultraboost with extra grip is perfection.

Have bought before, will buy again. Looking forward to the goretex versions for the winter.

Great for Diabetics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I haven’t had them long enough to rate them on durability, they seem to be rugged enough to last awhile but only time will tell. What I like most about them is their fit. I’m diabetic and they really support my feet snuggly. If I had to rate on a scale of 1 to 10, I’d say they’re a 9/12

reliable and fun to explore with

Really nice hiking shoe you can actually run in. Wear long sock though. The back will rub on your leg.

Really comfortable once you get them on!

Once you get them on with the sock fitting, they’re really comfortable, snug and lightweight.

Worth the money

They hold feet well and don’t slip on the slopes. Perfectly complement the outfit from Terrex series!

Pretty sneakers that are very poorly made.

Very poor craftsmanship. The ankle section collapsed within months of purchase and the stitching has come out in several places. Do not buy. At this price point I would expect much better quality. Particularly important for a shoe that is designed for hiking and trail running. The shoes are very pretty and super comfortable (before they broke). So 2 stars rather than 1.

Terrex Free Hiker 2.0 BOOST FTW. Very comfortable on an everyday basis for hiking, range, and outdoor activities.
