By including graphene in its 2016 race tires, Vittoria redefined our expectations of what a tire should feel like on race day. But for every race day, there are several dozen training days, and we aren't willing to chew up our premium start-line gear during early spring base miles on debris-strewn roads. Vittoria's Diamante Pro II Clincher Tire fills that gap.

While it's not quite as supple as the graphene-infused models, the Diamante Pro II would be a race tire if it carried any other brand imprimatur. The nylon casing and added puncture resistance make it resilient enough for the training wheels or the ambitious recreationalist who's more interested in racking up tempo miles than pinning on a number.
