Basic Cam

Rack up with Totem's Basic Cam for less bulk, lighter weight, and more versatility on desert splitters and big walls. The lobes feature diagonal microteeth for a better bite in rock, rounded edges for easier cleaning, and softer metal (compared to the gold standard of camming units) for a more secure placement that shouldn't walk around. The incredibly flexible stem also helps the cam resist walking, and, inspired by its extraterrestrial counterpart, the double sheath protects the stem from edges and abrasion. Totem also designed the Basic Cam with internal cam springs to narrow the lobes, and the original thumb loop minimizes the distance from the trigger for better handling.
