Excellent quilt. I’m never using 3 season sleeping bag again.
I have used my Vesper 0 deg quilter for a month of camping on BC’s Sunshine Coast and northmost Vancouver Island. It was comfortable through a wide range of sweltering +30 deg heat, raining / foggy chill (4 deg) and even sleeping inside my vehicle. It handled humidity from damp rainforests and condensation from sleep. It dried quickly from one inadvertent wetting. What a super quilt! I added in the Sea 2 Summit thermal silk liner for cooler damp nights and found the. Combination ideal for comfort and moisture management.

I took this on the
I took this on the JMT in late July, on top of an Xtherm pad. Kept warm, which surprised me.

I may never go back to a bag again
- Familiarity:
- I've used it several times
I was looking for an ultralight option for fastpacking and this was a great choice. It's as light as I could ask for and sleeps super comfortably. I've never used it below 50 degrees but, paired with the right pad, I'm sure it would be comfortable down into the upper 30s. I usually pair it with a Therm a rest uberlite and it's been one of the best sleeping systems i've ever used.

Very nice system. Warm down to 32, and super light, but with a few quirks.
I was nervous using a quilt in cold weather, but this true 15oz quilt proved its worth. I backpacked up and over Mt. Harvard and Mt Bedford, CO in Sept. The temp in the evening was solid 32, and I was never cold. I also used the Therma Rest xtherm max 7.3R pad. The draft collar works great, along the neck and on the sides. The quirks are that the straps are a balance between preserving overall lightweight, but comprising slightly on keeping the sides closed to drafts, I wish they would allow the sides to be pulled in more. The other quirk is that the tab to keep the top closed around your neck is also a bit weak at times.

Technical marvel, its a work of engineering art.
The workman ship on this bag is amazing. It's ultralight weight and needs to be taken care of. As long as you are not horrendous on your gear this will last a number of seasons. I don't like how Thermarest doesn't really support their own synergy link straps on their own 25 inch wide pads. Personally, I'd love to commission a Thermarest ultra lite Synergy quilt to attach the vesper, the liner and the 25 inch synergy sheet to a 25 inch pad. I've used this bag down to 36 but dressed in appropriate thermals and the synergy lite sheet on a 25 inch neoair xlite. Great 3-season fast & Super light and compact I'm 5' 10" and built like a rectangle and am very cozy in the regular size.

Super light and compact
This quilt packs remarkably small and is warm enough down to mid/low 40's. Great 3-season fast & light solution. Long johns, light puffy and cap will allow some to sleep to rated 32F with a good pad. I like the toe box that keeps the quilt in place down low. Simple straps around mat keep the rest in place. Good width to cover sides of mat, but active sleepers will open gaps in the sides which may let cold air in. Also needs a good shake to distribute the down in the baffles to avoid cold spots. No hood - you need to bring a cap to keep head warm. I'm 5' 10" and couldn't quite wrap the top of the quilt around my head.

Vesper32🔥
I recently took my Vesper32 Quilt with me for 8 days of back country backpacking in South Sierra Wilderness (June '23). Waking up at first morning with temperature at 9350' elevation was 31° and I was very comfortable and warm throughout the night with mummy bag (from another company)and my Vesper. I already have a 40° mummy bag but I felt a top quilt was going to be needed, since there was still snow patches where we were going to be camping at...and weather forecast of nightly Temps in the low to mid 30's. Extremely happy with my purchase! I did notice that throughout the week a few feathers had managed to pop out of the quilt at various spots, but only a few. However to me this was minor, and probably could be due to the amount of handling I was putting the quilt through...I basically broke down my sleeping system daily and packed it up for daily hiking. As the week progressed i experimented with using just a quilt and one pad (a Nemo switchback) to see if I could survive one night in those temps and stay warm and surprisingly i was! I am confident that if all you have is a quilt and a decent pad you should be able stay warm on any night near the comfort rating Thermarest has given to your bag/ quilt (my nightly attire consisted of one pair darntough midweight socks, a smartwool merino top, rei merino pants and a northface hooded fleece.). 10 out of 10 would recommend to a friend. 10 out of 10 would buy again if I absolutely had to!!

Able to shed heat wonderfully
I have only had the chance to utilize this bag once and it was a truck camping night in 33 degree weather. I had a nice sleeping pad and another blanket and human next to me so I was comfy cozy. In the morning my partner was cold and I was not, what a role reversal that was! I'm excited for chilly summer nights.

Nice, but could use a Wide version
I’ve been using this quilt since it first came out, and mostly like it for overnight and summer wknd trips. It’s well-made, and keeps most of the stitching, other than the baffles, on the inside of the bag. It’s a clean, simple design, that works. I haven’t come close to testing it temp rating, but I wouldn’t want to get much close to freezing in just a quilt. I do wish that they’d release a wider size of this ultralight sack tho. It does have tendency to let drafts in around my stomach and shoulders if I’m not lying perfectly on my back. A couple more inches would really help keep it tucked, especially for those of us who like to sleep on our sides.
