I'm 6'7 and the long fits just fine, a little tight but fine. I really wish the fill was higher as it doesn't puff up too much, but It is very warm.

I would never take the eco trail and any trails...
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great bag for glamping. But the name suggests that it is a trail bag! its WAY to big and bulky for backpacking. it takes up almost half of my 70L pack. Its not very compressible anyways. no pad straps or compression sack included. TNF please provide pics of your bags in stuff sacks!!! I decided to take the gamble since its a "trail" down bag. All that being said it is very warm and comfy and I love that its made of recycled materials. The price is simply not justified in my mind. If you are looking for an affordable down pack for backpacking this is not it.
