Great product, terrible shipping

This is a great quality hat and a good price…$30 less than in the Stetson website and by far the lowest price I found. But the hat was shipped inside of a ziplock bag in a cardboard box. Not in a hat box, no spacers or ring to protect the hat. It arrived with the brim badly bent out of shape so badly that I had to take it to a hat shop and have it steamed back into shape. It would be one thing if this was a cheap knock off, but to ship a good quality Stetson hat that way is irresponsible.
