    For those famous Wyoming winds.

Wyoming's Green River is known for its abundant trout, stunning scenery, and relentless wind. With gusts that can knock over semi-trucks, make sure you're prepared with the Simms Men's Windstopper Jacket when you're angling in the Equality State.

It's lined with high-loft fleece for a cozy feel on the inside, and two-way mechanical stretch ensures you can cast comfortably. So next time chilly breezes have you down, just throw on the Windstopper jacket and get out there and fish.

Great on really windy or snowy days!

These Gore-tex wind-stopper jackets are pretty solid. I have used it a lot on and off the water, mostly in Colorado's cold, fast winds. For the most part I would say this jacket does stop even really heavy winds, and is just about waterproof as well. The grid fleece lining inside is quite warm, But there is no other insulation beyond that, so on very cold days I may wear a wool or puffy base layer underneath. The Gore-windstopper keeps the water off as well as long as it isn't a total downpour. From my understanding the only reason it isn't rated as completely waterproof is due to the fact that the seams are not taped. all and all the jacket is pretty bomber, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good windproof jacket.
