Scarpa TX Comp

This is a great NTN boot. I am on my second pair and will get a third pair soon. Like all the Scarpa tele "beef" boots, the boot is heavy and I don't tour with these. Besides the weight, limited ROM in walk mode for skinning. Great, warm Intuition liners though. But if you want a stiff tele boot for resort and side country skiing, this is the boot you want. I have no problem driving a pair of DPS Wailers, 184 cm with this boot. One issue, the wire instep buckle can break. Metal wire loop has broken on my Comps a few times. Also these boots do not have the "tech" inserts to ski with a TTS binding. Think Lynx or Meidjo. I ski this boot with Outlaw NTN binding, a great resort carving setup.

Make your boots available in the same size as your 75mm boots. Skied great but had to return after stretching liner. Ski in a 31.5 T1 and will till they break. Maybe Crispi will get my business but always loved my scarpas
