Looks like a real shoe

These are great every day wear shoes. They are completely elastic, if it doesn't fit without the laces being cranked then you've got a size too big for you. The issue with this is that there is nowhere for the fabric of the top of the shoe to go when you crank the laces, it just bunches up painfully on the top of your foot (it's as if shoes have tongues for a reason!). I had to do a return and get another size because of this but now they are perfect. The laces are essentially fake and just for looks but I appreciate that as it makes them fit in with "normal" shoes.
