This bag is perfect if you're a minimalist traveler. I enjoy the fact that you aren't losing any space to over engineered dividers like you find in most bags. You get the entire 20L to use from the get go. The other big positive for this bag to me was the way it opens. The front loading zipper goes all the way down to the bottom so when the bag is fully open you can view everything packed away at a glance. Using the rolling method, I'm easily able to get 4-5 days worth of clothes into this bag, an extra pair of slacks, sweater, zip-lock bag of toiletries, and a compressible rain jacket with some space to spare. Like I said earlier, the ability to use every square inch of the bag allows you to Tetris your clothes in easily. Lastly the look of the bag was another plus. The bags I've found that were somewhat similar to this all looked like you had luggage strapped to your back. The Arbor daypack just looks like a typical backpack.
