Buy a Size Up

I'm 6'5" and the XXL was very short in both the torso (ends AT the belt line) and the sleeve length (about an inch short of the base of my hand). It's a bummer because its very soft and comfortable and it's not too tight, not too loose. Compared to other brands I wear (Patagonia, North Face for example), this feels like a smaller XL or even a L.
