Nice quality but missing key features

I really like the overall quality of this vest - the material feels great - but there’s no zippered pockets at all and the main front zipper goes all the way around the hood (??). It’s just a weird design and actually bothers my neck if it rubs against it. The fit is good though, a little bigger than I expected but I can fit a big hoodie/fleece/sweater under it. I like this brand for quality but I’m still 50/50 on this particular piece.
