Great Option for short runs
- Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer
This hand grip bottle is nice. I wouldn't recommend it for use over 45 mins-to an hour if actually using the grip however. It is exactly what it is, and I have had to switch off between hands on runs as it does need to be tight enough to keep in place. For daily training and maintenance runs its is great, the pouch fits a phone and/or an inhaler, keys etc.. The bottle is removable which is great.
