RIPPED AFTER 3rd USE
Unfortunately poorly built and they ripped after 3 times wearing them for walking. I have been a fan of new balance sneakers for more than 20 years and have never had any problems with any of their shoes. Unfortunately, i bought these new 574s on march 27 and wore them twice before april 14; my third time using them. I used them to walk around disney world in orlando and after the long day walking I got back to the hotel only to find the left shoe had ripped completely between from 3 of the shoe laces wholes. The shoe was open and ripped from these 3 wholes. I am very sad because they were GREAT for walking, light and comfortable, better than many hoka’s and othet brooks’ I own. The way they ripped only shows the build wuality has decreases and they should be reforcing these suceptible areas of the shoes not tying to cut costs where the best quaility of materials is needed given the pressure of thw shoe laces. I already submitted my return but more importantly I would like for quality control to review the case. This is unacceptable for the quality new balance has kept and promised for such a long time. I would expect this from a bew shoes brand not new balance.

Timeless with true sizing
Finally, a true size that fits (9 2E). While some other models have inconsistent sizing. I currently have 991v6, 1906R & 2002R. And all three have different fit for a 9.5M
