Red Cloud Junior 65L Backpack

The easiest way to turn your kids into full-blown nature lovers is simply to immerse them in nature. Kelty has made it easier to do just that with the Rec Cloud Junior Backpack. It offers the capacity needed to handle week-long trips and the support wanted for covering all those miles in comfort.

With the PerfectFIT suspension system, you can dial in the right fit without having to venture into a retail store for help, and it easily adjusts when Junior shoots up a couple inches over the winter. PerfectFIT also includes highly supportive Lightbeam stays, extra lumbar support, a ventilated back panel, and HDPE framesheets at the waist belt and back for the extra support that heavy loads require.

The Red Cloud features a traditional top lid access, with an additional front panel access so layers can easily be reached while on the trail. The top lid converts to a detachable sling pack for smaller side adventures. Kelty integrated a zippered pocket at the top lid for electronics, zippered side pockets for snacks, a large front pocket with organization capabilities for books and layers, and a pocket at the waist belt for energy gels. This backpack also features straps to lift loads, stabilize the waist belt, secure the shoulder straps at your sternum, and compress smaller loads for a secure hike.
