GU collaborated with Hydrapak to create the Energy Flask, which carries five servings of GU Energy Gel while you run through the neighborhood, bound down the trail, and train in the gym. This soft flask makes your energy-fueling endeavors much easier, as it has a high-flow nozzle and squishes in your hand without much effort. Markings on the backside make it easier to measure your Energy Gel consumption, so you can be sure of your caloric intake while exercising and running. Another neat trick, you can stick it in the fridge to keep your gel cool on sweltering summer days.
