Regardless of whether you’re busting up a steep climb, cranking out some long, steady distance, or just dodging traffic on your favorite city loop, the Edge 605 provides the training data and navigation information you need.

- Built-in basemap system allows you to navigate and track your location using GPS, and you can add map detail with additional street and topo map upgrades (street and topo maps not included)
- Track your speed, distance, time, location, calories burned, and altitude for any ride and record your stats for future reference
- Store your rides and workout stats and race against your previous marks—the unit’s Courses feature allows you to see your progress right before your eyes
- Upload your stats to Garmin Connect and analyze your data in convenient charts and graphs, then share that data with training partners and friends
- Auto Pause pauses the timer whenever have to stop for, say, stray cattle and Auto Lap feature can automatically start a new lap at any waypoint or distance you preset.
