Why We Like The Flylow Tannen Bib Pant
Back again for another year, the trusty Tannen Bib Pant is still our go-to pant for powder days at the resort or in the backcountry. The water-sealed membrane and taped seams deflect spray and mixed-weather gloom, while the interior of the three-layer system ensures we stay cozy and warm. Plenty of pockets stash essential warmers and snacks, along with the beacon-ready attachment system that integrates into the thigh pocket.

Great touring pant
- Familiarity:
- I've put it through the wringer

- Small
- Height:

- Weight:

I've had a pair of the Tannen bibs for a couple season and love their versatility. They are breathable and light for touring, but I have skied many big storm days in them and stayed warm and dry. You'll find that the high waist and suspenders are perfect for both maintaining breathability on a tour, as well as keeping your pants up. It's a great answer to the bib/ tour question. I like the pocket placement for my phone, far from my beacon. The fit is a little strange - I am usually a medium but wear a small in these. Not a huge deal. This pant would be the best in its class if the mesh pockets were a little more durable, but the rest of the pant holds up really well.
