Over 10 years
I’ve had mine for over 10 years, it used to be bright yellow. As it more gray/brown than yellow and the zipper finally fave up, I’m buying another one in a darker color

Versatile, functional bag going strong 8 years in!
I have owned this bag for 8 years at this point and it is still going strong. The construction has been incredible - the only real sign of wear is the slightest fraying of the zipper pull - but otherwise, the bag still looks amazing. As others have commented on, I love the versatility and flexibility of this bag and being able to use it as a tote (for more professional settings) or a backpack (for more casual settings). I use the handles on top when I need to maneuver the bag quickly in a particular way, so while it's not a default way of carrying it for me, I still love the functionality of it. I cannot recommend it highly enough!

Great bag
I love my Totepack! It is so handy to be able to switch between a backpack and shoulder bag when I am traveling around. It fits a lot, and I've been able to use it on several 1 and 2-night trips. The materials are of superb quality and the leather accents are very attractive.

100% would recommend
Have had mine for more than a year (in Navy) and still appreciate it as much as when I first purchased. I use it daily and it has held up like new - excellent quality. Have recommended to friends & get lots of compliments. I make use of all the features - originally purchased because I liked the combo of bag size/short handles, but use the tote style handles and also convert to backpack straps all the time.

Nice and practical for work
I got this back five years ago and use it almost daily to carry my laptop to work. I really like the high water resistance as biking in rain is often the case, also the bike looks great and it’s very practical.. The shoulder straps are too narrow to carry something more heavy. Unfortunately, the color (black in my case) bleached a lot during the time so the bag looks quite worn out … I wonder if other colors can stay as new longer …

Perfect medium size!
I got the Patina Green color, and I'm loving this bag! It has a laptop sleeve that I can fit two laptops into, it has a small zipper pouch on the top inside of the bag, and a medium zipper pouch in the front where I keep my wallet and stuff. I use the cross body strap but the handle and backpack straps are really convenient when you need to carry something small with the handle or large with the backpack straps. The bag also looks really nice from the front and you can't tell there are straps on the back unless you turn it around. Really happy with this bag :)

Must have bag
I love this bag in blue. Used it as work and travel bag for years. Very sturdy and the backpack option works great. Fits a small laptop and few books. Needed a bigger one so got the Totepack No. 2.

Wish it had structure
I have had this bag for 2 years now. I love the look, the versatility, and the space it offers. What I do not love, however, is how the bag bunches up when used as a tote if it is not filled enough; the strap closest to the body pulls and bunches. I have also experienced this when it is used as a backpack. I’ve thought about adding snaps to the back to hold the straps to the bag to accommodate the lack of heft, but am nervous about ruining this gorgeous bag. I’m currently looking for a new bag by Fjallraven, likely a backpack, to use for work. I know it sounds silly, but that was a hard decision for me because I absolutely love the look of this bag. But the adjustable straps of a backpack, may remedy the issue I am having.

Not for plus sized people
I got this bag and was impressed with the quality and colour as soon as I opened it. That being said, it's unusable to me as a bigger person. I'm a XXL in women's clothing and the bags straps are too short. I can get the bag on my back awkwardly but with anything in the bag it becomes uncomfortable. I'm not even that big in the whole scheme of things and generally shop at straight sizes places. I think I will be returning this bag. It would be nice if strap length was listed. I just looked at the listing for this bag and it's not there so I'm not sure if I will take the risk and exchange in the hopes something else fits or just return it.
