    Stay hydrated, stay protected.

If you're the type of rider who actually thinks about the potential of back injuries if you happen to crash, then you know the importance of protection. The Evoc FR Enduro Team Protector Hydration Pack features a certified back plate integrated into its hydration pack.

The Evoc pack was constructed from panels of 210 denier ripstop, PU-coated, Nylon. It features a main compartment ideal for carrying elbow and knee protectors when you don't need them, and a swing-open tool pocket for easy, on-the-trail access. Two Lycra side pockets hold food or other necessities that may also require quick access. The volume of the Enduro Team is just shy of 1,000 cubic inches, which makes it smaller than the Trail version, but the ideal size for a shorter ride or race. External straps stow your jacket and even your full-face helmet for that long slog uphill. The bladder pocket accommodates hydration systems of up to 3 liters — ensuring you'll always have enough water for a long ride.

Inside of this simple hydration pack is a CE-certified Liteshield back protector. This lightweight spine protector (145 grams) conforms to the shape of your back using layers of PU foam and an EPS core. These layers reduce shock to the spine by up to 95% with impact. And, they are replaceable. To hold the back plate securely against your body and to achieve optimal fit, the Evoc pack secures with adjustable and nylon shoulder straps, a sternum strap, and a padded hip belt.

The Evoc Enduro Team Protector Hydration Pack is available in sizes Small/medium, Large, and X-Large and should be chosen based on your height and torso length. It comes in two colors: Green/lime and Blue/white.

    Perfect Day-Ride Pack

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Great for all-day rides, plenty of storage space and hydration bladder. Ventilated enough for desert rides and has a stiff back panel for minimal protection. Love the pack, love the colors.

    Perfect Day-Ride Pack

I no longer feel like Fred Sanford!

I have a REALLY back back , asthma and allergies and the bag I had didn't have a large enough hydration pack or cargo space to hold all I NEEDED but packing it as I did caused it to give me seriously sharp pains in my back during my rides and for days AFTER! I didn't know they made packs that came in different sizes to fit your torso until I looked into ordering this and now that I have it I see it makes a WORLD of difference! I was toiling over this one and the Blackline because it said to have better venting but I have now used this for a couple rides over the past week and feel it is not that big of a deal. Mind you, I don't have the Blackline to refer to ( I am not blessed enough to be a product Anyway, the ability to carry a 3oz hydration bladder and practically all the snacks I want and easily store away all my essentials from spare tubes, tools, pump, etc is AMAZING! I typically ride between <2-4hrs and I have to say this pack is a Lifechanger in restoring my joy in riding! Thank you Evoc!

      No Broken Back

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I'm loving this pack. Fits a little long but doesn't bother me. If I'm going to wear a hydration pack, it should help prevent a broken back (just my .02). Also, the protector will save you from serious injuries from your shock pump. The construction is pretty awesome with all the right compartments for your gear, I especially like how easy it is to access your bladder.

      EVOC For the Win, Brother.

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Whether you're on the mountain bike or chasing the powder this pack does it all.

I bought this pack about 4-5 months ago now and have used it a fair number of times. Although I am still breaking it in, I can already tell that I love this pack. The hip/waist strap, a multitude of multi-use pockets, spine protection and a super rad design makes for a mountain biker's perfect pack.

      1) Perfect for various uses (biking, snowboarding and hiking)
      2) A great utility backpack - pockets and zipper designs are very helpful and offer a ton of uses
      3) Awesome design and color scheme (I personally went with green because it's my favorite color).
      4) Spine protector can come in handy especially when you're out there "sending it bro."
      5) Fits well - I went with the M/L and it fits me very well.

      1) Can be a bit hot, especially on climbs with the Hip/Waist strap on
      2) Definitely a bigger pack than others out there. If you are all about overall weight and saving those ounces, you may want to steer towards something smaller.

Great pack at an awesome price! Stoked to break this in much more on the trails as well as in the snow.

Big pack with good materials and design

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've been using this pack as a daily commuter bag for ~3 months across a wide range of weather conditions, and have been pleasantly surprised by its comfort and resiliency. The pack allows adequate airflow to my back on hot, humid days, and the bulky waist strap doesn't cause me undue sweating or irritation. In fact, I thought the waistband was a little obtrusive at first, but I don't even notice it while riding. I've also worn this pack through some intense rainstorms, and the inside of the pack always remains dry. I wouldn't call the material waterproof, but it's very water resistant.

Like other Evoc packs, this comes in different sizes. The "Small" fits my smallish torso fine (Im about 5'5"), though the top and bottom of each shoulder strap can be adjusted to fit much bigger.

This pack has a ridiculous number of storage pouches inside its various pockets. which makes it easy to organize your gear. There's also a small pocket on the underside that holds straps and buckles in case you need to strap gear onto the pack's outside (I use this pouch for spare tubes). My sole gripe with this pack is the single waist belt pocket. All my other hydration packs have two waist pockets, which are useful for stashing snacks, keys, tools, or any other things you might want to access on the fly. This is a very minor point, but it still irritates me.

This is a hefty, high-capacity pack that would be good for long MTB rides or day hikes. It comes with a foam/plastic spine-protector insert, but you can easily remove it if you don't need the body armor. The color options rock, too; I bought the green & yellow model and find its color layout absolutely gorgeous.

Great Pack... But BIG and HOT

      • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I've had this pack for about a year now and I bought it for the spine protection thinking it would be a good every day riding pack as well safety feature for enduro races.

Its ultimately quite a bit bigger than my Dakine Drafter. I'm sure its great at saving your spine in a crash, however its not a great every day pack. Covering so much of your back, it's very hot, and the thick waist belt only seems to make things hotter. The waist belt is very secure, however, I never climb with it around my waist anymore due to the temp factor. This makes it kind of a pain whenever I transition to downhill segments... I have to stop and clip it together so the monster pack doesn't bounce around.

Negatives aside, it looks cool, its great for descending and holding your stuff. The tool pockets are fantastic and it does a great job of keeping all of your stuff organized.

If I could do it again, for my use, I would personally go with the smaller Evoc pack or avoid a spine protector pack all together for daily trail riding.

Great Pack... But BIG and HOT
