Look awesome but are flat footed people

I bought these about a month ago and wore them to church where I stand most of the time (lobby security) by the end of church my knees hurt horribly because the lack of support made me stand back on my heels. Tried a set of expensive insoles, no help then tried some heel inserts no help. They are a good looking chukka, just didn’t work for me.
