Used product was sold as new
- Familiarity:
- I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
- Size Bought:
- 26.5
This is less about the product versus the retailer. Very simple, Backcountry shipped me used boots that were sold as new. Offered limited compensation after escalating. I'd shop elsewhere if you're considering this model.

Didnt fit in ankle
- Familiarity:
- I returned this product before using it
- Size Bought:
- 28.5
For a narrow last, the ankle area seems high volume. The old kryptons were too tight, these were almost good. They are well built boots that I wish fit in the ankle.
