Why We Like The Columbia Newton Ridge Amped Shoe
Our kids will get amped on hiking, thanks to the Columbia Newton Ridge Amped hiking boot. The suede leather overlays are treated with a water and stain resistant treatment to protect them against light rain and mud while Columbia's Omni-Grip rubber outsoles provide traction on the trail. We like the boot's over-the-ankle protection and its lightweight cushioning, so our kids can join us on family hikes and backpacking trips.

Active Boot!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Boot! My 8 year old was sick of bulky snow boots that he couldn't play sports in. These were much more capable of keeping up with his activity!

A bit narrow
A bit narrow. Doesn’t fit my son, but fits my daughter well. They wear the same size of shoes. And she worn for a hike, no complaints.
