Insulated 24-Can Two Compartment Cooler Backpack

Very roomy and keeps my gear and snacks separate. An water bottles nice cool.

Classic Backpack/Cooler Combo

The backpack is well made. It's basically what I have come to expect from Carhartt. It holds everything that I need during a workday. So I'm pleased with it. This is the second one I have purchased my last one lasted 5 years.

Straps too small

This was almost the perfect bag. The straps are just too small. Especially when it is full. It will only hold about 12 cans in the bottom cooler section. It feels light and well built though.

Best lunchbox/backpack I've found yet!

Over 3 years of using this for work (3-4x a week) - it's great! The only damage is a couple of punctures inside the cooler, from me tossing a metal fork in there along with containers, etc. No broken zippers, no seams coming apart, and I'm not a huge guy so it fits perfectly! Yes, a reinforcement could be added to keep it 'upright' when the bottom is empty - but that could prevent the bit of added storage when the cooler portion extends into the backpack side (if you're stuffing the lunchbox). As for the bottle holders, I loop paracord from the bottle, to a carabiner on the carry handle - no problems there either. A slightly larger option would be excellent - but I would not hesitate to buy one again!

Not for big guys

Don't buy this backpack unless you are smaller. I where size 4XL for Carhartt and this backpack doesn't fit me. I would say the quality isn't there either. I'm glad it was a gift and I didn't spend the money. Hopefully I can give it to someone and they can get some use out of it.

Side Holders

Cups holders on the side can't hold a thermo cup of tea. Is the only reason I give a low ratings. It falls off so easily

Backpack

It's awesome. I use mine everyday. I didn't give it 5 stars because when the bottom is empty it collapses into itself. It needs some sort of support to keep it upright.

The cooler backpack puts all other small backpacks to shame, thus far.

These days it's difficult to find water that doesn't have any contaminants in it. So I distill my own water. The cooler backpack allows me to carry 6 24-oz thermos bottles of distilled water. It also includes various pockets for small amounts of food and other items. You can wear it on your back or carry it like a suitcase. The cooler backpack is the next greatest thing since the creation of dirt!

Don't waste your money

Don't waste your money. Have purchased 2 of these. Thought the 1st time the zipper broke it was a fluke. 2nd time is not a coincidence. Love the concept but done paying for a product that breaks in a few months. Carhartt is affiliated with durable, reliable products but not in this case

Love the functionality and concept, could use improvments

Over love the bag and concept, I use it working underground. Only complaints I would have are I wish the front pocket would have 2 zippers the main backpack compartment could be slightly bigger and the bottom cooler compartment could be more sturdy so food doesn't get crushed and it stands up straight so that a person can grab food out of the cooler easily, it would benefit having a solid base so that the bottom zippers are also easier to open and close. Overall great bag n And concept just needs slight improvements
