A special dampening system lies along the edge in between the 4x2 inserts, and improves the Stairmaster Extreme’s impact resistance on boxes and rails. A Special Blend Pre-Preg Fiberglass laminate strengthens this Capita board and keeps it lightweight and durable, so your face might get busted, but your is ready for round two.
