Why We Like The Burton Custom Snowboard

The Burton Custom Snowboard has continued to push the boundaries of riding innovation since its inception in '96. Showing no signs of slowing down its freestyle dominance, the Custom boasts Burton's top technologies wrapped into a traditional camber, directional twin board. It serves up go-anywhere versatility with a slightly longer nose for better straight-line stability, along with camber underfoot for powerful snap that's simply not available on rocker hybrids—yes, not even its Flying V twin flame. It is our go-to choice for riders looking to maximize their amplitude.

Amazing board to progress on

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
Size Bought:
150

I bought this board at the end of the season and have only gotten to ride it once at Big Snow in the American Dream Mall, but it's helped me carve with more confidence and even hit park. It's not the most flexible board for butters or anything like that, but you can hit a tail press no problem (and I'm just in my first season). I definitely recommend this so far to anybody looking for that do-it-all, all-mountain board. I know you can set the bindings back if you're going to take this into powder as well, which is a plus. In my opinion, this is a classic for a reason, and I highly recommend it for anybody looking to rock with one board for a while in a lot of different situations.
