Ghost max 2 less cushion then ghost max
I have been buying brooks for many years.I tried this ghost max to the newer version.I don't find it as comfortable as the ghost max, there's not much support in the heel, nor in the toe, okay, good morning

Good for Plantars
Great shoe, love the cushioning and the rocker helps me not keep my knees locked which is a plus. Just wish it had a biiiitttt more ankle support but other than that satisfied overall.

Cushioned stability while feeling light on your feet!
The Ghost Max 2 were my first ever pair of Brooks running shoes, and I bought them a few weeks after they were first released. Best decision I ever made for my running! I like them a lot more than my Hoka Clifton 9 and my Nike Pegasus 40 sneakers—they’re great, but I feel a lot lighter and more stable with Brooks. I almost fell down while running across a busy city intersection once, and the Ghost Max 2 helped me maintain my balance with its stability features. The cushion technology also helps ease the impact on my shins and my knees. The Ghost Max 2 are my tried & trues, my ride or die pair that made me enjoy running in Brooks, so much so that I eventually got the Glycerin 22 to add to might running rotation as well. I always like to size up a half size bigger so that I have plenty of room for my toes (I wear a 6.5 in running shoes). Highly recommend if you’re looking for cushioned stability in your training shoes for outdoor running!

Ghost Max 2
Had been wearing the Ghost shoes for years and saw these and thought I’d try. Well, I am a new fan and obsessed with the comfort. I hope they last.

Perfect! Feels like im not even wearing a shoe. Lightweight
I’ve always bought the Brooks Ghost and these are the most comfortable pair I’ve owned. Very lightweight.

Love it!
I have the 8.5 wide. The shoe feels great! Perfect cushion and support! Would love to see the wide width offered in more color choices! Would also love to see a Brooks athletic sandal with same cushion and support. Summer is coming and while these do have a breathable upper, I have hot feet and need the open air of a sandal with this cushion and support.

This is my 3rd pair of brooks trainers. I have only had them a few weeks and the a bit of the sole has started to come away from the shoe. Disappointed in them this time as never had any trouble at all.

Not enough cushion and support. They made my feet sore

lasted 1 year
ordered the Ghost Max 1 last year and l loved them, except they were torn up within the year (pictures attached). I ordered the Ghost Max 2 because I needed a new pair and while I did love them, I’d hoped the bottom of the shoe had changed texture because that’s what it looked like in the pic. I guess I should have read into the material but whatever. They came and were exactly the same which was great since I loved the way they felt and looked, but became worried that they’d tear up again as quickly as the last pair. I just can’t be paying this price for she’s every single year that don’t hold up. For context, I don’t run, but I power walk on the road. I occasionally wear them on the treadmill and I wear them as my everyday shoe often. Very disappointed that I had to order a new pair so soon, but still 4 stars because of Brooks as a brand and that I had toe surgery a few years ago and they were highly recommended by my podiatrist and for good reason.

I have several pairs of Ghost Brooks shoes, this is my first pair of the Max, they are more comfortable and have a better fit.
