I'm always impressed with the continuing improvements Brooks makes with the subsequent versions of their shoes. I got started with a blind test at Fleet Feet and picked the shoe that felt like I wasn't wearing a shoe: Brooks. I've been a fan ever since.

They seem to run smaller than their previous GTS 24's. I suppose my foot could have grown (but I'm 50 years old) and my last pair were also 11's and fit great. Now my toes hit the front of the shoe. May need to return them.

CON That small inside seam at the foot arc is causing blisters. š£

Great Cross Trainers
Much happier with the GTS 24s than the 23s. They do feel a bit more snug than my 22s, could possibly be the breaking in aspect though. The newer models have been sturdier and have more padding in the tongues and heels. Not the lightest shoe on the market but it is comfortable and supportive. I use these for gym wear, stairs, walking, and shorter runs! Forever a fan of Brooks!

New pair each year
I buy a new pair of these each year. Theyāre my go-to and work great for my flat feet

Nowhere near in quality to 23 or 22, my feet hurt
I love Brooks running and the Adrenaline series has been an amazing shoe for road running. The 24 however falls flat, but I may have gotten a defunct pair. I went for my first run today and I immediately loved the extra cushioning and padding, it felt like I was walking on marshmallows and it was awesome. The entire structure is softer than other lines making me really excited to go run. That's where the good ends. I pronate so adrenaline is helpful with the extra support and structure. This one has too much, especially in the arch. It makes you lean into the outer edge of your feet and puts too much pressure on them. The sole of the shoe and support structure is also off. On the right shoe the portion on the knuckles of my toes bends and crushes into the toe joins while the left shoe does not. It seems like they pulled the structure and glide technology out, but only on the right side. I cannot recommend buying the 24s based on my experience. But I think I got a defective pair. Both shoes push your feet too far outward so you apply pressure to the edges of your feet, but the sole on the one bending and pushing pressure down and not the other makes me question if mine are just bad. My guess is they are which is unfortunate because the price point is high so I don't want to take a risk on a second pair.

Shoe is OK. I prefer the Adrenaline GTS 22, gray with black shoestrings and light gray sole. Much better feel and look.

Amazing!
I love them! So light, and great cushion for my joints as a heavier set guy with a wider foot. I switched from the Dyads which were recently discontinued and I'm happy I was able to find something that worked just as well if not better!

Thumbs
Probably have +50 miles on these so far and all thumbs up from me. These are one of those shoes that make you want to run when you put them on especially of you like that "forward lean" feeling like I do
