Been Using One Of These For A Different Purpose
Especially climbing indoors on plastic, the soles of climbing shoes tend to get "polished" and slippery. Guess what? A sanding block like this will re-scuff your soles and get rid of the oxidized smoothness. Been using one of these thusly for years now. It also worked wonders to smooth out the stitching inside a certain model of climbing shoes, stitching that was rubbing against my little toe on one side. FWIW; I can only DREAM about being such a good climber and climbing so often to have developed the kind of calluses this is described to ameliorate.

Nice block
Its a nice sponge sanding block. A bit expensive compared to just hitting the hardware store and cutting up one.

Awesome block
Great to keep in the climbing bag. Helps keep skin smooth for long climbing sessions and you don’t have to worry about bending or breaking them like the sticks.

I didn’t give it a full 10 only because you can buy nail care products from anyone. However! I do love this block and has become an essential to my skin care routine after climbing.

Not bad
It works. The foam is a little flimsy, and I prefer a stiffer sanding block, not a big deal or anything, just a matter of preference. It also has the same grit on all 4 sides, which seems like a missed opportunity.
