The Alpinestars Descender 2 Jacket makes sure off that by offering a shell between you and the elements when your long climbs lead you to chilly descents through frosty loam and slick roots. The Descender 2 is built out of polyester that holds up to the trail and offers breathability to keep you comfortable when you’ve got to hammer on the pedals. Back venting allows you to shed a little extra heat when you exert yourself, while a solid wind-fighting front panel keeps you toasty on the DH. And because Alpinestars know you never hit the trail without a nutrition bar or cookie, the jacket is equipped with a zippered back pocket for keeping your goodies on lock down while you shred.
