Light and responsive but not comfortable width.

I wore these shoes for London marathon training and race day. Overall, the shoe had great support, cushioning, and responsiveness—I really wanted to love them. However, they run quite narrow, especially in the toe box. Unfortunately, after 26.2 miles, I ended up with a black toenail due to the tight fit. If you have narrow feet, this could be a great shoe for you. But if you need a bit more room in the toe area, I’d recommend sizing up or looking for a wider option. Great performance, but the fit was a dealbreaker for me.

Best color

The holes around the toes in the insole seem to give me hotspots in the forefoot. Gonna try to change them out for anything longer than 5k

Almost a great shoe….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s an improvement in comfort and fit compared to the Pro 3. The colour way of the Pro 4 Ekiden was most pleasing to the eye. My only gripes is the durability of the shoe and the price. I recently used these in the 2025 LDN marathon and the sole is showing wear already. I ran 3.03.35, they are a great race shoe, I’ll be packing them up until the Big Half in September. The body of the Pro 4 and the sole of the Pro 3 would be a match made in shoe heaven.

Great marathon shoe.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very light, comfortable, and responsive. Just ran Boston in these and did a PR. I loved the Adios Pro 3 which are awesome. This is a nice update.

Handles better than an F1 car!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This thing manages to be bouncy with a smooth roll through—how?! Witchcraft, most likely. Best upper I've ever experienced. And don't get me started on the outsole. As a bigger runner, this is most comfortable super shoe I've run in that allows you to control things. It's an F1 shoe.
