Does your other blanket give you warmth that's legendary? Yeah, we didn't think so.

Only the Woolrich Hudson's Bay 8-Point Blanket is offered under the official license of the oldest commercial corporation in North America—the historic Hudson's Bay Company. This blanket provides a warmth similar to those sold in the 18th century, only better. Like its predecessor, this blanket is made in England with wool blended from sources in England, Wales, New Zealand, and India. Only the best wool is selected to ensure it is water-resistant, soft, warm and strong. The wool is dyed before it's spun, then is left out in the sun to dry, to ensure brighter colors. So bring out this blanket on the coldest nights to ward off the winter chill. And while it could keep your guests happy over the holidays, we don't blame you if you want to keep this blanket all to yourself.

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

Have admired the this blanket for many years and finally purchased one. Very sorry I didn't years ago. I doubt there is a better wool blanket anywhere.
Easy ordering, quick shipment and delivery. Nothing to complain about. The protective cover was torn and communicating with Backcountry as this is entered asking for assistance. No matter, I will keep the blanket. Bag or not. They are offering a complete exchange and told them I only need the bag and don't want to send back the blanket. They want me to send back the blanket for replacement and will keep it and find a good way to store it in warmer months,

About the best blanket every owned. A little long but fold it over and the second layer really keeps your feet extra warm. Sorry the storage bag it came in was torn and wish for a replacement but not bad enough to return the blanket and bag. Maybe Backcountry will send one?

    Great Blanket

    • Size Bought: King

My boyfriend has wanted one of these blankets for 30 years so I bought it for him for Christmas. We are more than pleased with the quality and warmth. The king size is perfect for a queen size Sleep Number bed since it sits high off the ground. Back country have the best prices too!

    Last forever

I purchased an 8 point blanket after inheriting a 6 point from my grandmother a few years back because we switched to a king size bed. The one I got from my grandmother was 30 years old and still in excellent shape. I can't wait to break in the new one. SO warm, incredible quality, these things last forever even when you use them every night. And trust me, you'll want to.

      Hudson's Bay 8-Point Blanket

I've wanted this blanket for about 10 years now and finally broke down & bought it this winter. It's just like I expected, super warm, elegant and just fantastic for cold utah winters. Thank's for carrying this Hudson Bay Blanket!

HA! No seriously, I used to work next to a western store in Steamboat Springs Colorado & have been in love with this king size blanket for years. I kept on going in to see if it would ever go on sale and it never did. Yeah the price is spendy but thats Hudson Bay.

This is a huge blanket that will last longer than you. I have given a Hudson Bay blanket as a gift. They are a piece of history, still made in England. I am a bit confused though. Go to Amazon and buy it from Backcountry and it's $445.30 w/ free shipping.
